We took a train from Sevilla to Cordoba for a day.
The highlight of Cordoba is La Mezquita, or The Great Mosque of Cordoba. On this site, there’s been a Roman temple, Christian Visigoth church (600 AD), Islamic mosque, and a Roman Catholic cathedral of early Baroque style.

Christians In America Don't Know What Persecution Is
Last night, Jon Stewart, who is very quietly proud of being Jewish, lashed out at the Fox News crowd and the Republican Party for drawing comparisons between the Christian situation in America and the international persecution of Jews over the past two …

Thinking cap never said it would events will take place over time yes but it does say He comes like a theif in the night.
Thinking cap….You see I believe that the whole 2/3 die n and the antichrist ect.. to occur during a 7 year peried in which hasn’t happened and I believe events are leading toward it and Jesus talked about signs coming from the ends of heaven. Today with events and theories of 12,2012 just upon usone can only anticipate and wonder. Example. For the first time in all of history we will be visiting the milky way from upside down which is also the end of the long count calander the mayans made up 1000’s of years ago. Calandor is more accurate then the one we use today.
With Israel in war and even being a state for 60 years seeing no peace and US calling for “two state peace agreement by the end of his term. An agreement that gives the Arabs part of the promise land away from Israel. The Nuclear threat against Israil and Iran are extremely high. What I’m looking for is current events that I believe are leading to a 7 year tribulation period that is about to be upon us.
I mention A date of great events but I also mention a 7 year tribulation so by no means do I think we can guess the day and hour for no man will know these things. However I believe blessed are the watchers.

Why do people look at the second coming of Christ as something that is going to happen at the snap of a finger?
There is already so much prophecy that has been fulfilled that leads up to the second coming and it has happened throughout centuries, not overnight. The Lord will come like a thief in the night. The Jews returned to Jerusalem in 1948, Caesar Nero is said to have been the Anti-Christ, The Black Death killed 2/3 of the worlds population. The best thing you can do to be prepared is to live as close to Christ as possible.
Peace be with you!

In the recent past, computers have literally brought a new order of doing things. They have certainly made life better. When it comes to dating, they have made it easier and more convenient. Computer dating game is one of the most exciting journey that you can embark on. Society has brought about many perceptions of online dating. It is vital to dissect all the aspects and find out for sure, what the dating game is all about. First, there are many people who will be ashamed of finding romance and love this way. This is because there is a notion that it is the option of last resort. This is not entirely true. Life has changed greatly and time is one commodity that lack quite often. For this reason love has been put on the back seat.
The need to love and be loved never goes away and, the easy way seem to be the computer way. The young generation has been seen to embrace this concept with open arms. This is mainly because they love the adventure and risk. Also, the opportunity to meet exciting people from all over the world is usually not a bad idea. The fact that the globe can converge in one quest for love is very exciting. If you are the kind of person who enjoys meeting people from all over the world, then this is indeed your opportunity. The bottom line is that there are good sides and bad sides. Many have found their better halves in and they do not regret going through this adventure. Another deterrent that can discourage you from computer dating game is the issue of criminals. There are skimmers constantly waiting to take advantage of the eager and anticipatory love seekers.
Computer dating game can be very rewarding both in the long term and short term. People use this avenue for many reason; the undisputed reason is to find love and affection. Many sites cater for the needs of various groups in society. If you are a religious person you will certainly find a computer dating game that is suitable for you. Major religions like Christianity will feature them more as many faithful seek to make meet friends lovers and companions. Computer dating games will have several rules which you must adhere to. The rules may apply when you are creating your profiles. You will also follow certain regulations that will ensure that a proper match is made. Different sites have different rules but, the fundamentals are the same.
There are other rules for the game that are unwritten. Mostly, they apply when you are meeting the person for the first time. This stage is considered one of the most vital stages. Meeting a stranger is never easy and, the fact that you have been communicating with this person, might be a bit deceiving. This means that you might feel affection for the stranger. This affection is very dangerous. It is therefore a good idea to be careful. One thing you can do to make sure you are safe is to meet for the date. Your date does not need to know where you live, at least not on the first date. Do not appear to be dependant on the person because they might take advantage of you.
She writes love stories God based, she did one for each state and has now started in U.S.A. Cities. I was able on a plane to start reading a ladies book it was the one places in CA. I was able to read 3 chapters & it starts out with a hispanic field worker who is starting to go into labor her name is ‘Felicia the Boss Man is Chad and he helped her get into the hospital and it throughout the years had never helped anyone and was confused with his own feelings, very mixed up and that he felt compelled to help her and both the lady who was pregnant, her husband had been dead I believe 8 years hadn’t been a good man. Chad had lost his wife and child, the baby that Felicia had was named Nataniel ( ironically my own son was named Nathaniel David which means ‘beloved gift of God where as Nataniel means ‘gift of God) I want SO to find out this author so I can start reading her line of books. Books are a passion of mine, I’m disabled and was a only child so books have been a best friend to me all of my life. I can go places through books and walk normally without pain and travel; ( something else I love and was able to do a lot as a child and prior to my accident at work in Prescott, AZ which happened when I was 29 I’m now almost 51. My health over the years there was one time 5 years after my very last surgery, that didn’t last very long maybe 2 years, I wasn’t well so to speak, but I became so hopeful that I would get my real life back, but things happened with my back and without the power of God to change things, lets put it this way, I don’t even have dreams of being painless, and honestly know there was 29 years without, but I can’t honestly remember what it felt like to be pain free. I explained all this to show all of you that this isn’t just a casual desire, books “do” take me and show me places where I can place myself and there is no pain in the book. Don’t misunderstand me, I still in this world am experiencing pain and there are many times the pain is too bad to even read. So, when I can, boy! I like going into the book, it’s truly a gift to read and be able to imagine yourself in the book, I learned that when I was a very little girl, we never lived anywhere long, hard to make friends because you make some and all of a sudden we move again, and we weren’t even a military family my father had a bad case of wander lust don’t most of us, but he actually followed his dreams, which was cool but hard for a little only child who had a huge love of life and curiosity that I think is common of only children. ( I did have a brother, but he died when I was 3 so…) Anyway, if anyone out there in the yahoo community knows who she is I would be very grateful to have her name. I live alone with a dog and have no close family. My father is still alive and healthy as a horse but my Momma sweet Momma died 3 yrs ago and he changed and pushed all away. They had been married 50 years. She was our love glue that stuck our family together, my children 2 are grown and live far away with their own families and very busy lives so, it’s just me here. This would truly be a Christmas present to be remembered for years as well as whomever knows this author. I love the yahoo family they are kind and gentle and empathetic and friendly and helpful. In any event, I want all of you to be blessed and have a Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy Hanukkah, or whatever you celebrate during the seasons. Thanks! Have a wonderful day and if no one has told you that you are loved, let me be the first if you have not, that you are loved, special and not alone although it may feel that way. Just take a leap of faith and step into the community of YAHOO and the staff, the people that are here are real and caring and WILL help. No, they are not face to face, but I have acquired long lifetime friends through this site. So, HO HO HO! Merry CHRISTMAS!
If you asked most people to think of a “marijuana religion”, they instantly think of Rastafarians and nothing more. But while many religions are as condemnatory of cannabis as they are of any other intoxicant, there is a recorded history of religions using marijuana seeds and leaves that stretches back for thousands of years. Almost every major world religion, it seems, has made use of the drug, usually for spiritual purposes – look at the list below!
Ancient Chinese Taoists were at first sceptical about the use of cannabis; their religion regarded it as “the liberator of sin” for some time. However, while they continued to condemn the hallucinations brought on through excessive use (which they regarded as leading to “seeing devils”), by the first century AD the followers of this religion used marijuana seeds in their incense burners while meditating, believing that the milder effects of the drug gave them a heightened spiritual awareness.
“Jesus was a stoner” may sound like the slogan on a counterculture t-shirt, but it may have a grain of truth to it. Some historians believe that oil derived from marijuana seeds was a central ingredient in Jewish and Christian holy anointing oils. Some of the healing miracles of Jesus have even been attributed to the marijuana in the anointing oils – the drug can take effect through skin absorption, and marijuana can relieve the effects of glaucoma, skin ailments and menstrual pains.
In addition to this, Rastafarians and some modern Gnostic Christians believe that the Tree of Life referred to in one Biblical passage (“the leaves of the Tree of Life [that] are for the healing of the nations”) refers to the marijuana plant.
Islam has generally condemned the use of marijuana; the religion regards the use of any intoxicants as haraam, or forbidden. Sufism (the mystical offshoot of Islam) takes a somewhat different view. This religion believes in knowing God through ecstatic states of mind, and widespread history of marijuana use has been recorded in Sufi culture over the centuries. Indeed, in one Persian folk tale, the founder of Sufism, a monk called Haydar, was the first Persian to discover marijuana. Out walking in the midst of a depressed mood, he came across the marijuana plant and ate several of its leaves. Finding his mood immediately and dramatically improved, he returned to the monastery and recommended that his brother monks should try it too!
There is a long history of marijuana associated with Hinduism, since about 1500 BC by some records. It is most commonly consumed in a drink called bhang, mixed in with spices, milk and sugar and drunk during Holi and Baisakhi, key festivals of the Hindu religion. The marijuana plant is associated with the god Shiva, and many Shiavites smoke it in clay pipes called chillums, believing it to be a gift from Shiva to help humans reach a higher spiritual level.
Like in most religions, marijuana use is controversial and divisive in Buddhism. The tenets of Buddhism advise against intoxicants, but in many sects of Chinese Buddhism, marijuana has been used in initiation and mystical rituals since the 5th century BC. Some Tibetan Buddhist priests believe it to be the most holy of plants, and there are many written records that suggest that the founder of Buddhism, Gautama Siddhartha, lived primarily on marijuana seeds and leaves in the years before his enlightenment.
