Matthew Ziff is a junior at the University of Miami. While attending college he joined the Quidditch team, loving the sport and enjoying playing every chance he gets. Acting and modeling since the age of two months, has helped Matthew learn not only to work hard at his job, but also to work hard in his personal life. With that in mind, he plays Quidditch with everything he has. This year his college Quidditch team will be traveling to New York to play with 99 other teams to compete for the World Cup. When not in school, Matthew works hard filming and producing various projects. He travels between LA, NY, and FL depending upon the project. Some of the amazing cast scheduled to be in this film, are Randy Travis, Daniel DeWitt, Tom Dvorak, Andy Benward, and Lorraine Ziff, with rumors of Sissy Spacek.

Among Friends is a Danielle Harris picture. This horror film set with an 80?s backdrop portrays the lives of its characters being pit against one another to get to the truth about their true feelings over their friends. In This project Matthew starred opposite veteran actor Michael Biehn (Tombstone, Aliens, Abyss, Terminator.) Cast includes, Lorraine Ziff, Jennifer Blanc, Danielle Harris, AJ Bowen, among a few. This is going to be a scary good time.

Six Gun Savior is a western style supernatural thriller in which Matthew will be playing Kyle Hawkins, aka…Hawk, along side actors Tim Russ(Tuvak ? Star Trek Voyager, Martin Kove (Karate Kid), Lorraine Ziff (Mansion of Blood), Jennifer Blanc (The Crow, Dark Angel) Don Stark (That 70?s show) and many others.

Mansion of Blood starring Carla Laemmle, Terry Moore, Robert Picardo, Lorraine Ziff, and Garey Busey, is a grueling horror film in which the guests at a lunar eclipse party are killed off one by one due to magic gone awry. Matthew plays the son of Samuel Corbett played by Robert Picardo.

Premiering on November 16, 2011 at the Arclight Theaters in Hollywood, Hardflip staring Rosanna Arquette, John Schneider, Randy Wayne, Matthew Ziff, and Christian Hosoi, known for being a skateboarding champion.

Matthew is rumored to be playing a major role in Fashion Slaves a film due out next year with Michael Biehn, and Jennifer Blanc as well as a new television pilot scheduled to start filming within the next few months.

On the Producing side Matthew is very passionate about his part in the Documentary Never A Neverland, which touches on the Aids epidemic in Swaziland and how it is leaving behind thousands of orphans with no adults to raise them. It is a heart wrenching true account into the lives of these children and how we as a world can help them.

Paris Air Show Le Bourget 2011 Siemens, Diamond Aircraft and EADS DA36 E-Star Micro plane

A one-of-a-kind airplane with a hybrid electric drive designed to reduce fuel consumption is making its public debut this week at the Paris Air Show Le Bourget 2011. The two-seat motor glider had a successful maiden flight on June 8 in Vienna. Developed by Siemens, Diamond Aircraft and EADS, the DA36 E-Star serves as a test for a technology that engineers eventually hope to use in larger aircraft to make flying more efficient. The electric drive system could cut fuel consumption by 25 percent, which could also help make a big dent in global airplane-related carbon dioxide emissions. Air travel currently accounts for 2.2 percent of the world’s carbon emissions. “A serial hybrid electric drive can be scaled for a wide range of uses, making it highly suitable for aircraft as well,” said Frank Anton, the initiator of electric aircraft development at Siemens. “The first thing we want to do is test the technology in small aircraft. In the long term, however, the drive system will also be used in large-scale aircraft. We want to cut fuel consumption and emissions by 25 percent, compared to today’s most efficient technologies. This will make air travel more sustainable.” The DA36 E-Star is the first to use a so-called serial hybrid electric drive, until now found only in cars, as an integrated drive train. “The serial hybrid electric drive concept makes possible a quiet electric takeoff and a considerable reduction in fuel consumption and emission,” said Christian Dries, the …

WWE Superstar Christian’s storyline in WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2011

If you are a fan of WWE Superstar Christian and haven’t had a chance to check out the WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2011 video game, I highly recommend you either purchase or rent it.  The game has their traditional “Road To Wrestlemania” gameplay where you take control of one of their wrestlers as they head into the WWE’s biggest annual event that is perpetually sold out and has huge buy rates for its PPV.  Fortunately in the latest release of the game, Christian has his own storyline.

You start out taking control of Christian as he dominates the ECW as the heavyweight champion.  ECW general manager Tiffany ends up trading him to Smackdown and during his final PPV title defense, Dolph Ziggler interferes and causes him to lose the belt.  Once he heads over to Smackdown he gets his revenge and wrestles various matches to move up the rankings and into title contention.

Along the way you’re going to reunite with your childhood friend and former tag team partner Edge and while there is some tension as these two tag up and take on all comers, many of their old antics resurface.  For instance the guys have a kazoo rap session in the locker room, wear crazy hats to the ring on “Crazy Hat Friday” and even do a 5 second pose on national television for Christian’s grandma, who always liked Edge better.  Watching these two characters interact definitely bring back a flood of great memories and I sincerely hope they give these two guys another run before the hang up their boots.

If you win the Money in the Bank, you end up with a tough choice.  Do you cash it in and wrestle your long time friend for the Heavyweight title or do you instead select to face the RAW champion for the WWE Title?  Either way you’ll have tons of fun controlling this amazing wrestler as he makes the tough decisions.
