Montrose Basketball Pre-Game Warm-up

Shop.StrongerTeam.com – Here is a condensed version of the exercises I take the Montrose Christian basketball team through BEFORE we hit the floor for our court warm-up. We do a version of this before every game to get mentally and physically prepared to compete at a high level! Special thanks to SK for the track “Game Time”… it is the unofficial Stronger Team theme song! For more on SK please visit www.MySpace.com/BarShookCheck DC hip hop artist Papa Zooks is in the process of producing a few tracks for the this YouTube Channel too!

I was feeling nostalgic the other day and Joni Mitchell’s “The Circle Game” came to my mind. So I decided to take a little departure from making Christian music videos and make this one. This song brings back lots of memories; I was 18 when it was released, halfway between verses three and four. One of the best “stages of life” songs ever written. Thank you Joni! (BTW, that’s my own son in the first slide, “wondering”!)
