I started to talk to a girl a few months on a Christian dating site, and I really want to meet her. We talk every single day and seem to get along great together. The only thing is, she lives in Florida and I live in Ohio. I have been doing a lot of research on travel costs, and it would cost me $596 for three days (the most I can request off from work) for a car, plane, and hotel. Should I do it? I have the money, and I dont want to let a good thing pass by me….any opinions/incite would be helpful.

Well say things went well – then what? A bit of an expensive trip just to hook up with someone. How about waiting a while until you really know where this relationship is going. You want to be really really sure about this until you take it up a notch!
If you really like this girl and you seem to get along well, the next logical step is to meet her in person. If taking this trip isn’t going to drain all of your money, I say do it! Of course…you might want to run it by her first 🙂
first keep in mind they say long distance relationships dnt work bt if urs duz then i say go ahead…the nxt thing to think about is whether or nt ur gna surprise her w a visit…ask her randomly in a convo if she likes surprises…if she dnt…then tell her ur coming make sure she’s ok w it first otherwise g’luck man
well how far would u go for love? if u truly love her and u think she is the real deal, then YEA! go for it! i think u should, it would be so sweet. =) that girl is lucky to have a guy like u to do that.
dump her. long distance relationships suck theyre like chinese checkers not the board game but when someone blocks you when your walking and then moves to the side and still blocks you. iit just holds you back
I say if you have seen a pic of this girl or on webcam then go for it. If you have the money to spare you never know you could of found ms. right. The one thing you got to think about is if you really hit it off and things go good. Who is going to move where? If you only got three days why don’t you both meet half way and that could save you some money and maybe give you more time together.
