Since 1986 the United Nations Committee on Decolonization has included New Caledonia on the United Nations list of Non-Self-Governing Territories.     Israeli Zionist who received American foriegn aid? money almost killed my three American born children because they would not honor their American mothers US citizenship because of her origin. This violates US Foriegn? aid agreements with Israel and we all must inform our senators and congress we? do not want Israel using our money to target American families traveling to Israel
