This guy add me on friendster. And it’s a coincidence that he’s working on the military camp where we held our youth camp but he had to travel an hour from his house just to meet me. Then I met him personally at the church(still at the camp site)together with my mom. He gave me a CD (Christian songs as a souvenir) but I didn’t give him anything.So I’m planning to make a portrait of him as a gift? (i’m making it as a sideline)Should I?(oh i mean, there’s nothing bad to give him a bday gift but what if for him it means something and I don’t want to over-flatter the guy)

Anywho if he is a good christian guy that really fears and loves God i highly doubt that he will take it that way he will probably think you are being nice just like he was with the cd. dont let fear get in the way of being a god person and if its something you really feel in your heart that its a good thing they go right ahead dont let anything stop you.

The portrait gift is a great idea, I really like it. Don’t worry too much about over-flattering the guy; instead, just add something else that won’t make his ego explode (lol), like a CD (just not anything too similar to the one he gave you; you could even make a CD of all of your favorite songs to give to him or something) or a movie. Choose carefully on the movie, though! haha.
